Project Director

About the Opportunity

Project Director – Data Centre Construction in Dublin, Ireland. This role involves leading the delivery of a major new-build data centre just outside Dublin for a General Contractor.

Responsibilities

• Lead the project from early CSA works through full delivery
• Establish the construction strategy, programme, and delivery structure
• Manage CSA packages including civils, groundworks, concrete, steelwork, and building envelope
• Provide leadership across the site management and engineering teams
• Maintain control of programme, cost, quality, and safety performance
• Manage senior relationships with the client, consultants, and supply chain
• Identify project risks early and implement effective mitigation plans
• Ensure a seamless transition from CSA delivery into MEP installation and commissioning

About You

We're looking for a candidate with Project Director or senior Project Manager-level experience, a strong background in delivering major data centre or mission-critical projects, extensive front-end CSA construction experience, and previous experience working for a General Contractor. Strong leadership, commercial, and client-facing capabilities are essential.
