This is a maternity cover opportunity to play a key role in supporting the delivery of WaterWipes' Engineering capital investment programme and site improvement projects. Working at the centre of project activity, you will help bring structure, visibility, and momentum to a wide range of engineering initiatives across our manufacturing operation.
You will work closely with Engineering, Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, Finance, and external suppliers, ensuring projects stay organized, actions are followed through, and stakeholders have clear visibility of progress, risks, and timelines.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys coordinating multiple moving parts, keeping teams aligned, and ensuring projects are delivered in a disciplined and structured way. While larger and more complex CAPEX projects remain under the leadership of the Engineering Manager and Contract Project Manager, you'll play a critical role in supporting successful project delivery across the site.
This role is suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys bringing structure and organization to complex activities.
You may currently be working as a Project Coordinator, Project Administrator, Engineering Administrator, Manufacturing Support Coordinator, or in a similar project support role within a technical, engineering, or manufacturing environment.
You will enjoy working across different functions, managing competing priorities, and ensuring commitments are followed through to completion.
You will bring at least two years' experience within project coordination, engineering administration, project support, manufacturing support, or a similar environment.
You will have strong organizational skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to maintain accurate records while managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
You will be confident communicating with stakeholders across Engineering, Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, and Finance, and you'll know how to follow up effectively to keep actions moving forward.
Experience supporting CAPEX, maintenance, facilities, or continuous improvement projects would be advantageous, as would familiarity with ERP systems, project management tools, or purchasing processes.
Most importantly, you will take ownership, remain proactive, and bring a practical, solution-focused approach to supporting project delivery.
WaterWipes is a fast-growing international brand with ambitious plans and a strong commitment to manufacturing excellence.
You will join a business where projects matter, where investment continues, and where you'll have the opportunity to work closely with experienced engineering and operational leaders.
This role offers exposure to a broad range of engineering projects, cross-functional collaboration, and the opportunity to build valuable experience in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
You will be trusted to take ownership, contribute ideas, and make a meaningful impact from day one.
WaterWipes® was created by our founder Edward McCloskey after his newborn daughter developed a nappy rash on her sensitive skin. After an extensive search, he couldn’t find a baby wipe that didn’t contain numerous ingredients, so he decided to make his own. Many years later and after a lot of hard work, testing, and scientific research, WaterWipes® was born. Pure and gentle for the most delicate skin but in the convenience of a baby wipe, WaterWipes® are purer than cotton wool and water. Every day, parents around the world are discovering the benefits of our gentle and effective WaterWipes® for their baby’s skin. We hope you like them too.
