My client, a US-based cybersecurity consultancy, is looking for an administrative assistant/specialist to support their EMEA team.
Responsibilities:Provide administrative support to executives and teams in a fast-paced tech/cybersecurity environment.Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.Handle internal and external communications, including emails and reports.Assist with document management, data entry, and maintaining company records.Support HR, finance, and procurement processes as needed.Coordinate events, meetings, and team activities.Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations and troubleshoot administrative issues.
Requirements:2-5 years of experience as an administrative assistant/specialist, preferably in Tech, IT or Cybersecurity industries.Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to multitask.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello).Experience handling confidential information with discretion.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work independently and collaborate across teams.
