Bid Manager

We’re on the lookout for a visionary Bid Manager to craft standout solutions that captivate and inspire. In this pivotal role, you’ll collaborate closely with our innovative Business Development Executives, Operations, Support Teams and forward-thinking leadership team, taking charge & full accountability of bids and creating persuasive, compelling responses to RFPs, business proposals & sales & marketing collateral. You'll help our brand shine in the ever-evolving B2B sales landscape.

What You'll Do:
Immerse yourself in a vibrant, creative, and highly collaborative environment where quality and innovation are at the forefront.Be the Lead Creative Writer, crafting powerful proposals that solve our clients' challenges using our expansive suite of services, cutting-edge tools, and processes.Take ownership of the bid process from start to finish – from writing and editing to researching, strategizing, and solving roadblocks at every stage.Shape and refine our value propositions, spotlight our unique selling points, and design compelling solution narratives.Partner with top executives to lead teams in developing imaginative solutions and crafting persuasive proposals.Ensure proposals align with company objectives, offering a seamless narrative that highlights our enterprise-wide initiatives.Work closely with Subject Matter Experts and bid project teams to gather insights, assess risks, and build traditional & digital solutions that deliver real value.Decode RFIs, RFPs, and RFQ’s to ensure compliance, crafting responses that hit the mark every time.Develop proposal templates and compliance matrices that streamline the submission process.Lead strategy meetings, guiding the proposal’s direction and capturing contributions from team members.Write, edit, and conceptualize compelling graphics to ensure every proposal is visually and verbally striking.
What You Bring:
Mastery of English, with stellar written and verbal communication skills.Mastery of other European languages will be highly valued.A natural creative thinker with the ability to innovate and captivate through your writing.Strong project management expertise, navigating complex processes with ease.Proven expertise designing CXM, Trust & Safety, Data Annotation & Labeling outsourcing solutions, along with cutting edge digital & automation solutions powered by AI.An innate problem-solver with a flair for research and detail-driven thinking.Exceptional ability to thrive independently from a remote environment while collaborating in real-time with a global team.Proven ability to build relationships and influence decision-making across all levels of the business.A multitasking pro who excels in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.Passion for continuous learning and improvement, staying ahead of trends and evolving practices.Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), with bonus points for experience in Adobe Creative Cloud, online publishing, web design, or video editing.
