Change Delivery Project Manager12 Month FTC with 3 days in the Dublin office / 2 days remote
This Change Implementation PM role sits in the Transformation Change team who’s function is to deliver strategic and operational performance improvement, enhance efficiency and streamline processes. They look to streamline the operations – automate things integration things – look to make things work better / smoother.We want to ensure the company embraces new initiatives – Ensuring the new change transformation projects are adapted by the business and we are getting commercial value for money!
We are looking for a person who can deliver the projects – deal with internal / external IT teams and ensure successful delivery of Systems / Applications / ERP projects.
A hands-on senior Project Manager / Implementation Manager with drive, energy and enthusiasm, a person who can roll up their sleeves and get things done. The focus for this PM is to implement and deliver projects within the distribution/wholesale / Supply change sector with a strong knowledge of ERP systems, integration and infrastructure projects.
A candidate with strong stakeholder engagement and management skills, provide regular updates to project sponsors / exec team – ensuring projects are on time, in budget etc..As stated a focus on Implementation and delivery – including system automation and system and infrastructure upgrades.Projects will include systems in different areas of the business including operations, distribution, logistics, finance.
The ideal candidate will have:Strong PM experience managing end-to-end change with a track record on delivery and execution including working on proWeekly Dashboards, RAID tracking, GANTT charts, MS copilot and regular executive presentations/updatesDrive, take ownership and manage the delivery with over 5+ years' of project management / implementing ERP systems, Applications, POS, Infrastructure within Retail / Wholesale sectors.Work with the business, gathering business requirements, document and scope the deliverables and agree milestones etc.Excellent communication skills – listening, presentation and written and provide regular, concise and clear updates on key milestones to project sponsors and executives / SMT.Strong stakeholder engagement and management skills – including providing regular updates to exec team on projects.
