Chef Manager

We are currently recruiting for an enthusiastic Chef Manager for our unit in Churchtown, Dublin 14.

Some Of The Duties And Responsibilities Are As Follows

To prepare and cook food to the highest standard.

Manage and direct Unit as required.

To work and order products within agreed budgets as set out by the company.

To compile menu cycles on a monthly basis.

To operate the HACCP and Health and Safety procedures in line with legal requirements.

Manage online systems and training of all staff.

Manage, Control & record Waste

Weekly Schedules and Payroll approval.

Garda vetting is a requirement for this role.

Full driving license and own transport is required.
