Commercial Project Director – Data Centre Projects (Ireland & Europe)

Responsibilities

• Own and lead the estimating hub, including workflow and delivery strategy, resource planning, fee management, and commercial forecasting.
• Provide programme-level estimating leadership, oversee benchmarking, value engineering, and cost certainty strategies.
• Develop, manage, and control project and program budgets, implement cost control measures, and review project invoices and change orders.
• Liaise with internal teams, clients, consultants, contractors, and supply chain partners to ensure project objectives are met.

About You

The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field, with a minimum of 10 years of experience in commercial management. Strong knowledge of construction contracts, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead and work well in a team environment are essential.
