Responsibilities

• Handle project administration remotely
• Visit construction sites
• Actively pursue new project leads and client relationships

About You

Are you a driven construction professional with a background in Quantity Surveying or Estimating? Do you love the business side of construction as much as the paperwork? We want to hear from you.

Eligibility

• Proven experience in the Irish construction industry
• Strong background or solid understanding of Quantity Surveying (reading drawings, taking off quantities, managing RFQs)
• Commercial drive—someone who isn't afraid to pick up the phone, network, and source new work
• Full, clean Irish driving licence

About Company

Our company is growing fast. While we are primarily focused on exciting projects in the Cork area, we also operate nationwide. We are looking for a Construction Project Coordinator & Estimator to join our team on a permanent, hybrid-remote basis. This isn't a passive desk job. We need a self-motivated go-getter who can handle project admin from home, visit our sites, and actively chase down new project leads and client relationships.
