Construction Project Director

About the Opportunity

PM Group is seeking a Construction Project Director to join our team and play a central role in all aspects of Construction Project delivery. This senior role involves client-facing responsibilities and requires flexibility in travel throughout Ireland and Western Europe.

Responsibilities

• Overall responsibility for assigned Construction Project/s delivery.
• Assist with strategy and input to the construction aspects of proposals within assigned responsibilities.
• Ensure implementation of Health, Safety and Environmental policy on projects.
• Ensure projects are executed in line with PM Groups Scope of Services and Client Contract.
• Establish and maintain effective communication between construction site(s) and home office departments.
• Review project construction performance and ensure customer satisfaction.

Eligibility

Demonstrated capability in Construction delivery within specialized industrial sectors such as Life Sciences, Food & Mission Critical. Professional Qualification in Engineering or Construction/Project Management desirable. Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in the field.
