Key ResponsibilitiesProject Leadership: Oversee all aspects of the development, from planning to completion, ensuring it’s delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.Team Management: Lead and coordinate a multidisciplinary team of professionals, including engineers, site managers, and subcontractors.Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the main point of contact for clients, consultants, and other key stakeholders, ensuring effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.Risk and Compliance: Manage project risks, maintain compliance with health and safety regulations, and uphold the company’s commitment to sustainability.Budget Oversight: Monitor project financials, ensuring efficient resource allocation and cost control.
RequirementsProven experience managing large-scale construction projects, ideally in the residential or mixed-use sector.Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills.A deep understanding of Irish construction regulations, standards, and best practices.Ability to inspire and manage diverse teams to achieve exceptional outcomes.
