Dublin Office Lead

Job Description

We are looking for a Dublin Office Lead who will support the delivery of our main service lines and take on the challenge of a new supported start-up office. The ideal candidate will be based in Ireland with a network of clients and a proven track record in business development and growing teams.

Building and managing a local network of clients and staffDelivering complex projects in the real estate, infrastructure, or construction sectorsDeveloping and implementing business development strategiesManaging client relationships and ensuring customer service excellenceCoaching and mentoring team membersCommunicating effectively with all stakeholdersUpholding the reputation of the organisation

Who we're looking for

The Ideal Candidate Will Have

Extensive experience in a leadership role within a built environment consultancyChartered status in one of the following disciplines: Chartered Engineer, MCIOB, MAPM, SCSI, or MRICSProven track record in business development, client relationship management, and delivering complex projectsStrong technical expertise in Project Management, Quantity Surveying, Building Surveying, or EngineeringExcellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skillsAbility to think strategically and develop a compelling vision for the Dublin officeAn entrepreneurial mindset and a desire to make a significant impact on the business

The working hours for this role are 8.30am to 5pm Monday to Thursday, and 8.30am to 3.45pm Friday, 45 minutes for lunch.
