About the Role:My client, a leading global financial services provider is seeking an experienced ETF Product Manager to drive the development and implementation of ETF servicing solutions in the European market. This is a key role within the Fund Services business, offering an exciting opportunity to shape and enhance ETF product offerings in a rapidly growing sector.
Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute an ETF product development roadmap aligned with market demands.Act as a subject matter expert on ETFs for both internal and external stakeholders.Collaborate across teams to deliver a scalable and efficient ETF servicing platform.Provide market intelligence and contribute to the European ETF strategy.Lead the development of best practices, service standards, and business requirements.Engage with clients, asset managers, and authorised participants to enhance service offerings.Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes, ensuring product alignment.Represent the ETF segment in client pitches, industry events, and RFP responses.
Expected Deliverables:A structured European ETF product development roadmap.Comprehensive documentation to support ETF servicing initiatives.Workflows and service specifications tailored to European market needs.Training materials and knowledge-sharing resources.Market analysis reports, including ETF issuer trends and regulatory updates.Client-facing presentations and contributions to strategic discussions.
Key Requirements:Minimum 7 years’ experience in ETF servicing or a related role within financial services.Strong knowledge of European ETF structures, operations, and regulatory environment.Proven track record in developing and implementing ETF product innovations.Ability to work autonomously while collaborating across a global, multi-location team.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple initiatives.
