Trilogy International, a Korn Ferry company, is seeking an experienced Senior IT Project Manager with a strong background in large-scale global IT projects and implementations for one of our global life science clients.
This role is focused on delivering an IQVIA-developed HCP/O engagement management and transparency reporting solution that will integrate with systems such as SAP, Concur, and GSR. The successful candidate will ensure the seamless execution of projects across the EMEA region while managing vendor relationships, stakeholder communications, and project finances.
This is an urgent need offering a 4-month initial contract engagement (with scope to extend until Dec), remote working and a competitive daily rate.
Key ResponsibilitiesOversee and manage the end-to-end implementation of the IQVIA solution across the EMEA region.Ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within scope, and in accordance with quality standards.Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with global and regional stakeholders.Lead vendor interactions to ensure alignment and effective collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.Organise and lead steering committee (steerco) meetings, fostering clear communication and facilitating decision-making processes.Provide regular project status updates and facilitate resolution of any escalated issues.Manage project budgets and financial resources effectively.Monitor and control project expenses to ensure adherence to financial guidelines.Implement robust project management methodologies to track progress, risks, and issues.Prepare and present detailed progress reports to senior management and other key stakeholders.
Requirements:Minimum of 8 years of project management experience, with a proven track record on large-scale, global IT projects and implementations.Demonstrated experience in managing vendor relationships and aligning multiple stakeholders.Prior hands-on experience with the IQVIA projects (or similar HCP/O engagement and transparency reporting solutions).Familiarity with integrations to systems such as SAP, Concur, and GSR.Experience in project finance and budget management is essential.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (fluency required).Must be based in Europe and available to work within the EMEA region.
