IT Project Manager – Hybrid

A prominent European technology innovator is looking for a seasoned IT Project Manager to join their dynamic team. This role involves overseeing the delivery of a wide array of technical projects, initially focusing on an exciting new cloud-based product.

Key Responsibilities

* Oversee and drive projects through all phases of the project life cycle.
* Collaborate with stakeholders and software development teams to gather requirements, plan, track, and deliver high-quality projects in alignment with the organization’s project management standards.
* Partner with product owners, business teams, and customers to define project/product vision and align team priorities.
* Lead and coordinate cross-functional project teams.
* Engage with external stakeholders for large-scale system rollouts and upgrades.
* Communicate project status effectively to senior leadership.

Requirements

* Proficient in key aspects of project delivery, including stakeholder engagement, requirements analysis, scope definition, scheduling, communications, quality, risk management, and resource allocation.
* Comprehensive experience with all stages of the Software Development Life Cycle.
* Familiar with project management frameworks such as PMBOK and Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Lean, etc.).
* PM Certification (PMP or Scrum Master is a plus, but not mandatory).
* Experience with Cloud Computing, Azure environments, DevOps, and CI/CD is highly desirable.
* Knowledge of IT systems in the retail and hospitality sectors is advantageous.
* A flexible, adaptable mindset with a proactive, hands-on approach.
* At least 3 years of project management experience with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
* Strong communication skills.
