Junior Project Manager – Dublin

Our client is one of Ireland's leading building mechanical fit-out companies, specialising in the installation and maintenance of HVAC solutions for a range of customers in the Food Processing and Pharmaceutical sectors, as well as other industries. Due to their continued growth, they are now recruiting for a Junior Project Manager to join their team. This is a full-time, permanent role.

Role And Responsibilities

Work with the Directors and Project Manager to oversee and supervise the installation of building systems.Specify maintenance and operating procedures.Be responsible for managing and forecasting spend within budget.Work with detailed diagrams, plans, and drawings, and design systems using CAD software.Liaise with other professionals such as structural engineers, builders, surveyors, and in-house project teams.Attend project and technical meetings.Ensure that the design and maintenance of building systems meet legislative and health and safety requirements.

Required Skills

Relevant Building Services/Mechanical Engineering degree.1-2 years' experience working in a relevant industry.Previous HVAC or construction industry experience is highly desirable.
