Project Administrator

Site based in Lusk, Co. Dublin

Background

Our client is a leading Irish construction company with a strong track record delivering residential and commercial projects. This role will involve supporting the site management team on a large-scale residential development, completing administrative tasks on-site in Lusk.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day site administration, including filing, record keeping, and reporting.
  • Prepare and maintain site documentation, including progress reports and health & safety records.
  • Act as the first point of contact for subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
  • Support budgeting activities, including cost tracking and processing invoices and payments.
  • Maintain project documentation, including templates, permits, checklists, RFIs, and submittals.
  • Handle site safety administration, including inductions, training records, and access control.
  • Keep plant and equipment registers up to date and ensure all certifications remain current.

Key skills required

2+ years of experience in a similar role, ideally site administration
Previous experience in the construction sector
Excellent document management and organizational skills
