Smartedge’s Client is looking for an individual to help with their Payments Portfolio Manager
Job Details: Role Name : Payments Portfolio ManagerRole location : Dublin, Ireland/HybridRole Type : Contract Job Description : • Provide support to the Payments Change Delivery Director in financial management and project delivery across the portfolios.• Understand financials at a portfolio level to be able to present to, and enable deep-dives with, leadership on areas such as forecast confidence, impact of resource gaps, impact of resource ramp up / down, EACs. • Ensure project forecasts provided for the portfolio are detailed and clear for onward reporting.• Implement and support good financial management on projects. • Support PMs in the Payments portfolio in estimation, forecasting, reporting, and resourcing. • Provide on hands support where programmes or projects need it for financial management and reporting.• Ensure projects meet both financial and non-financials deadlines with the required level of detail. • Provide cross Payments portfolio reporting as required, and respond to information requests from central Change teams and leadership.• Experience in programme delivery or portfolio management within Bank of Ireland• Extensive relationship management experience and the ability to create and maintain a strong internal network across levels and disciplines• Exceptional communication skills, able to build effective relationships with a range of senior stakeholders and colleagues across the organisation• Experience gained in previous roles of providing effective demand management and support for management of a portfolio of projects• Experience in financial and non-financial management on Clarity.• Broad experience of change delivery and project management• Ability to influence colleagues and senior stakeholders• Ability to perform well under pressure• Attention to detail• Familiarity with BDM / DEX
