Print Project Coordinator, International Packaging (Dublin)

About the Opportunity

The Print Project Coordinator will support the coordination and delivery of packaging and print production projects across Celsius’ growing international business. This role will assist with the day-to-day management of print and packaging workflows, ensuring projects are properly briefed, scheduled, tracked, reviewed, and delivered on time.

This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented project coordinator with experience or strong interest in packaging, print production, creative operations, and consumer packaged goods. The role will work closely with various teams to support smooth project delivery from initial request through final handoff.

The role will primarily support international packaging projects across Celsius’ brands and markets, with occasional support across other print-focused studio projects as needed.

Please note: Salary range (55,000 - 65,000) is in Euros per year. This role is required to be onsite at our Dublin office 5 days per week.

Responsibilities

  • Support the coordination and execution of packaging and print projects from kickoff through delivery.
  • Assist with scheduling project meetings, documenting action items, maintaining timelines, and tracking deliverables across production workflows.
  • Help manage the intake of creative and print production requests, ensuring briefs, specifications, files, and supporting documentation are complete and accurate.
  • Maintain project information in Monday.com or other project management tools, ensuring timelines, statuses, owners, and deliverables are kept up to date.
  • Monitor project milestones, deadlines, review stages, and approvals, flagging risks, delays, or bottlenecks to the Manager, Print Production.

About You

Qualifications:

  • 3 - 5 years of experience in project coordination, creative operations, print production, packaging, marketing support, or a related role.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with creative, marketing, production, operations, or external vendor teams.
  • Familiarity with project management, workflow, or collaboration tools.

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience supporting packaging, print, artwork, creative, or production workflows.
  • Experience in consumer goods, food and beverage, retail, agency, or brand environments.
  • Familiarity with artwork review processes, print specifications, proofs, file routing, version control, or asset management.
