We are seeking a Process Improvement Specialist/Project Manager to join a dynamic team focused on driving impactful process improvements in a fast-paced environment. This is a fantastic opportunity to evaluate the companies current ways of working, processes, communication methods, automation and AI capabilities to lead key projects and optimize operational performance across multiple functions. This is a key role focused on providing consultation and direction to drive improvement and enhance operational performance.
Key Responsibilities:Lead process improvement initiatives to drive efficiency and effectiveness.Manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timelines, scope, and budgets are met.Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify inefficiencies and implement solutions.Provide regular updates on project progress, risks, and milestones to senior leadership.
What We’re Looking For:Proven experience in project management and process improvement.Strong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies (Yellow/Green Belt a plus).Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence teams.Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
