Project Administrator (60% Part-Time)

Responsibilities

  • Provide essential project co-ordination and administrative support for Project 3.4 "A socially connected university"
  • Work with the Director of the Student Counselling Services and project team on the Thrive 3.4 Project
  • Support student meetings/events outside of normal working hours

About You

This role requires a flexible approach to working hours at peak periods of the project and strong coordination skills.

Eligibility

Post status: Specific Purpose Contract

Hours of Post: Part-Time (0.6 FTE)

Closing Date: 9th July 2026 at 12 noon

Salary: This appointment will be made on the pro-rated Administrative 3 Salary Scale (€47,374 - €59,254 per annum pro-rata) at a point in line with current Government pay policy. (tcd.ie)
