About the Opportunity

We are supporting our technology client based in Brisbane CBD in search of a Project Administrator. This role provides administrative and coordination support to Project Managers and delivery teams across technology projects, ensuring activities, documentation, and reporting are well managed.

Responsibilities

  • Support project planning, scheduling, and coordination
  • Track actions, risks, and issues (RAID)
  • Maintain project documentation and status reports
  • Coordinate meetings, minutes, and stakeholder communications
  • Assist with financial tracking (timesheets, invoicing, budgets)
  • Ensure adherence to project governance and processes

About You

Skills & Experience

  • 1–3 years in a Project Admin/Coordinator role
  • Exposure to IT or technology projects
  • Strong organisation and attention to detail
  • Good communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office

Desirable:

  • Experience with tools such as Salesforce, Kimble, Jira, or MS Project
  • Exposure to Agile or Waterfall delivery
