A snapshot of your key responsibilities as Project Co-Ordinator would be:

* Assist in the development and maintenance of project plans, schedules, and budgets.
* Maintain and update Actions Logs and RAID Logs.
* Co-ordinate project activities and resources, ensuring alignment with project objectives and timelines.
* Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and addressing potential issues or risks.
* Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders and management.
* Support the identification and implementation of process improvements to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.
* Assist in the documentation of project requirements, specifications, and outcomes.
* Contribute to the development of project proposals, including scope definition, resource allocation, and cost estimation.
* Participate in meetings, workshops, and training sessions to enhance project management skills and knowledge.
* Uphold company policies, standards, and best practices related to project management.

Requirements:

* 1-2 years experience in Project Management
* Demonstratable project management/co-ordination capability
* Experience with Action Logs and RAID Logs
* Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with team members and stakeholders.
* Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and quality.
* Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently with minimal supervision.
* Eagerness to learn and develop new skills in a dynamic work environment
