Responsibilities:Team Management & Coordination:Oversee and coordinate with a small remote teamDelegate tasks and ensure timely completionMonitor team performance and provide regular updatesFacilitate team communication and collaborationHelp establish workflows and processes for team efficiencyAssist in onboarding new team members
Recruitment Operations:Develop and optimize compelling job descriptions for various positionsManage job postings across multiple recruitment platformsCoordinate with external sourcing partners and recruitment agenciesConduct initial candidate screenings and maintain applicant trackingSchedule and coordinate interviews across different time zonesMaintain detailed recruitment databases and tracking systemsSupport full-cycle recruitment processes
Creative & Design:Create professional recruitment materials using CanvaDesign engaging job postings for social media platformsDevelop presentation materials for various projectsProduce basic marketing collateral as neededMaintain consistent branding across all materials
Research & Coordination:Conduct thorough research on potential sourcing partners and vendorsPerform market research for various international projectsIdentify and evaluate third-party service providersAnalyze and compare vendor proposals and servicesPresent research findings in clear, actionable formats
