About the Opportunity

Join our team at Liebherr Container Cranes Ltd. as a Project Coordinator specializing in change management. This role offers the opportunity to work on exciting projects with a global reach.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage project activities and change-related actions across multiple teams.
• Translate strategic direction into clear actions, ownership, and next steps.
• Coordinate and deliver training, change enablement activities, and communication.
• Manage alignment to approved project objectives, timelines, and outcomes.
• Facilitate structured, outcome-focused meetings and workshops.
• Support engagement and proactively address resistance or misalignment.
• Monitor adoption and effectiveness of implemented changes.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and improving the customer experience.

About You

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in business management, organizational psychology, communications, or related field.
• Change management or project management certification preferred.
• 3+ years’ experience in project coordination, change management, or related roles.
• Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
