Responsibilities

• Developing and maintaining collaborative relationships with clients
• Acting as the client’s representative under various procurement and contracting strategies
• Communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders
• Establishing project objectives and ensuring goals and timelines are achieved
• Developing project reports and documentation
• Managing and coordinating project delivery efficiently
• Developing project scope requirements
• Implementing appropriate project execution strategies
• Ensuring successful project completion within budget
• Leading and motivating project teams
• Compliance with local statutory and regulatory obligations
• Managing project budgets and development budgets
• Providing performance updates and reports
• Document management via CDE Platform
• Liaising with senior management for project performance status
• Cooperating and communicating effectively with all project participants

About You

This role offers a hybrid remote arrangement in Ireland, with attendance at the Dublin office as scheduled. The ideal candidate will have:

• 3-5 years of project management experience
• Strong background in technical and commercial aspects of project delivery
• Proven ability to maintain collaborative relationships with clients
• Exceptional communication skills
• Experience in developing project scopes and managing budgets
• Strong leadership skills
• Knowledge of local statutory and regulatory obligations
• Experience in document management via CDE platforms
