About the Opportunity

Our client is a specialist contractor with a strong track record of delivering large-scale renewable energy projects across Europe, spanning wind, solar, battery energy storage systems, and high-voltage substation infrastructure. They are recognized for their technical capability and safe, reliable delivery on some of the most significant renewable energy developments currently underway in the region.

With a substantial and growing pipeline of renewable energy work across multiple European markets, this organization has built a reputation for strong program discipline and close, trusted relationships with major developers, utilities, and end-client stakeholders. The business is expanding its senior delivery capability to support continued growth across its renewables portfolio and is seeking an experienced Project Director to take full ownership of project delivery across major schemes in Europe.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full delivery of major renewable energy projects across Europe
• Take full responsibility for program, commercial performance, and project execution
• Manage multidisciplinary teams across engineering, construction, and commissioning
• Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget
• Identify and mitigate program, commercial, and technical risk across live projects
• Represent the business at a senior level with clients, developers, and delivery partners

About You

Proven track record as a Project Director delivering large-scale renewable energy projects. Experience across Wind, Solar, BESS, HV Substation, or Energy Infrastructure projects. Strong program and commercial management skills at a senior level. Excellent client relationship management skills, with the credibility to operate at a senior stakeholder level. Willingness to commit to long-term projects across the European market. Strong leadership skills, with a track record of managing multidisciplinary teams.
