Responsibilities

• Act as an effective member of the senior management team, adopting a whole-company approach to decision-making.
• Lead and manage departmental teams, ensuring best practice, cost control, revenue generation, and profitability.
• Identify, manage, and report commercial and contractual risks to the Board in a timely manner.
• Work with the Project Planner to develop detailed project programmes, identifying critical paths and key milestones.
• Plan project logistics, including accommodation, travel, transport, work permits, and local Health & Safety and certification requirements.
• Oversee the preparation and implementation of project-specific safety documentation, including risk assessments, method statements, and quality assurance plans.

About You

Construction-related degree or equivalent (Construction Science or Engineering preferred).

Minimum 15 years’ experience in a senior management role, ideally within roofing, cladding, or building envelope sectors.

Strong technical knowledge of roofing, cladding, and façade construction methods, including safety standards.

Proven track record of successfully delivering medium to large-scale projects.

Eligibility

• Full, current driving licence.
• Fluent in English.
• Willing and available to lead projects across Ireland, the UK, and Europe, including potential rotational site commitments.
