Project Director- Europe

About the Opportunity

We are seeking a Project Director for our expanding business based in Dublin, UK, and Europe.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Tender Team consisting of Estimator, CM, QS, and other appropriate staff
• Manage the production of the tender to ensure a competitive submission
• Prepare programme, method statements, and submission documents
• Chair start-up & internal meetings, prepare procurement strategy
• Prepare Risk Register, health, safety & environmental plan
• Agree site layout, logistics, and employee resource plan

About You

Typically 15 years’ experience in construction with similar national contracting organizations. In-depth understanding of the market, proven finance control/reporting ability, working knowledge of Construction techniques, Design techniques & BIM modeling, comprehensive knowledge of Building and Health and Safety/Fire regulations, and more.

Eligibility

Academic and/or professional industry-related management qualification, membership of an Industry related Professional Institution, CVRs, PEP and Contract Management, IOSH for Directors, and more.
