Company Overview Our client, a leading Irish construction company, are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the delivery of one large project or multiple sites, ensuring completion on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and a commitment to Health & Safety, Environmental, and Quality standards.
We also welcome applications from Senior Engineers looking to progress into a Project Manager role.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead project delivery from inception to completion.Manage subcontractors, engineers, and site teams.Liaise with clients, senior stakeholders, and commercial teams.Oversee project planning, design management, and reporting.Ensure Health & Safety compliance and reinforce a strong safety culture.Monitor budgets, schedules, and key project milestones.
RequirementsDegree or Diploma in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or equivalent.Proven experience in project management within construction or civil engineering.Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.Excellent commercial awareness and negotiation abilities.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.Commitment to continuous professional development.
