Project Manager - Dublin & Wicklow

Our client, a leading main contractor, is seeking Intermediate and Senior Project Managers to join their growing team across Dublin and Wicklow. They deliver high-quality residential, commercial, and healthcare projects and offer excellent opportunities for career progression within a supportive and ambitious environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead all stages of project delivery from inception to handover
• Manage site teams, subcontractors, and consultants to ensure efficient project execution
• Monitor budgets, schedules, and resources to keep projects on track
• Maintain the highest standards of safety, quality, and compliance
• Liaise with clients and senior management throughout the project lifecycle

About You

The Role:

You will oversee projects from planning through to completion, ensuring delivery is on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will manage site teams, subcontractors, and consultants, while maintaining clear communication with clients and senior management.

Eligibility

Requirements:

• Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline
• Proven experience delivering residential, commercial, or healthcare projects
• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
• Excellent commercial awareness and client-facing ability
• Full, clean Irish driving licence
• Must be based in Ireland with full work authorisation
