Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the implementation of a global labelling system across our international operations. This role is critical to ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and enhancing the efficiency of our labelling processes.
Key Responsibilities:Lead the end-to-end deployment of the global labelling system.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Regulatory Affairs, Quality Assurance, IT, and Operations.Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets.Ensure compliance with global regulatory requirements and standards.Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.Provide regular project updates to senior management and stakeholders.Train and support local teams on the new labelling system.
Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.At least 5 years of proven experience in project management, preferably in the medical device or pharmaceutical industry.Strong understanding of global regulatory requirements for medical device labelling.Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.PMP or similar project management certification is a plus.
