ABOUT THE ROLE:Bridge Finance & Tech: Act as the primary liaison between accounting, tax, and Fintech teams, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.Drive Innovation: Develop country-specific business requirements and use cutting-edge automation tools to streamline financial workflows and boost data accuracy.Ensure Quality: Test automated reports against underlying data to maintain the highest standards of reporting and compliance.Continuous Improvement: Identify challenges, anticipate bottlenecks, and manage escalations while driving standardization and process improvement across the finance function.Project Leadership: Oversee the end-to-end delivery of projects—from requirements gathering to deployment—and ensure that all stakeholders are aligned throughout the process.
ABOUT THE PERSON:We’re looking for someone with a Bachelor’s degree in accounting, information systems, or finance, and significant experience in accounting (preferably from a Big Four or multinational environment). The ideal candidate should have:A strong background in financial planning, analysis, and reporting.Extensive experience with Microsoft Excel (and ideally familiarity with reporting tools like Workiva).A passion for leveraging technology to improve finance processes and deliver actionable insights.
