Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as life sciences or healthcare. Previous experience in project management within a laboratory or clinical research setting. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to represent the company at sponsor meetings. Ability to manage multiple studies concurrently while ensuring adherence to regulatory standards and guidelines. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to effectively manage study documentation and timelines.
