Project Planner

Job Description

Project Location: Dublin or Frankfurt (Optional)
Experience in Data Centre, Pharmaceutical or Semi-Conductor is advantageous
Must hold an EU Passport

Key Responsibilities:
Manage a project or portfolio of projects within a specific region or sector.Oversee all planning aspects in line with standard operating procedures (SOP).Develop and maintain schedules across pre-construction, construction, and commissioning phases.Establish and update progress databases to track project advancement.Conduct milestone projections, delay analysis, and float path evaluations.Implement Earned Value Management (EVM) systems.Monitor schedule performance and project productivity.Audit on-site progress to ensure compliance with project plans.Attend schedule meetings and liaise with clients and subcontractors.Create tender schedules as part of project planning.Develop resource histograms to illustrate workforce distribution.Support weekly workface planning initiatives.Integrate resource and cash loading into schedules.Provide data to support payment applications.Complete contract review reports.Ensure the quality and accuracy of schedules and related reports.Identify potential issues, propose solutions, and communicate with relevant stakeholders.Record project delays and disruptions comprehensively.Assist in claims preparation and provide data for contractual disputes.Travel to project sites when necessary to fulfill these responsibilities.
Qualification:
Background in construction-related degree or trade5+ years’ experience in Project Planning of large construction projectsExcellent IT and software skills (including Oracle P6 and Excel)Knowledge of and commitment to Health & Safety
