Recruit 121 is currently looking for a SAP SuccessFactors Project Manager. Join a leading retail industry client for an exciting 12+ month contract with the potential for extension!
🔹 Start Date: ASAP or within 4 weeks🔹 Location: Remote 🔹 Language: English (mandatory)
Role Overview:✔ Lead and deliver SAP SuccessFactors implementation and integration projects✔ Manage project scope, timelines, and budgets efficiently✔ Provide technical expertise on SAP SuccessFactors modules✔ Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams✔ Ensure system quality, compliance, and successful rollouts across Europe
What We’re Looking For:10+ years of SAP experience, with 3+ years in SuccessFactorsStrong knowledge of Employee Central, Recruiting, Learning, Performance & Goals, CompensationProven experience in SAP HCM, S/4HANA integration, and middleware (CPI, API, OData)SAP SuccessFactors certification preferredPMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification is a plus
