Scrum Master

Job Description

Are you a Scrum Master with a strong background in Financial Services & Insurance and project management experience? We’re looking for an Agile leader who can drive team performance, optimize delivery, and help scale Agile best practices in a dynamic environment.
🔹 Role: Scrum Master🔹 Length: 6 month day rate contract (initial)🔹 Industry: Financial Services & Insurance🔹 Location: Hybrid (2 days a week onsite)
What You'll Do:
✔️ Facilitate Agile ceremonies and guide teams to success✔️ Remove impediments and foster continuous improvement✔️ Collaborate with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders✔️ Apply project management principles to ensure alignment and delivery
What We're Looking For:✅ Proven experience as a Scrum Master (CSM, PSM, SAFe preferred)✅ Background in Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2 is a plus)✅ Excellent presentation skills (Powerpoint)✅ Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)✅ Experience in Financial Services & Insurance sectors✅ Excellent facilitation, coaching, and stakeholder management skills
