OverviewThe Scrum Master may be responsible for managing several high visibility initiatives using Agile methodologies and practices in a fast-paced environment across business and technology groups. This position requires an individual who has previously been a successful Scrum Master in highly distributed programs and has experience in software delivery.
RoleFacilitate scrum events and coach teams on scrum and SAFe best practicesPrepare teams for PI planning eventWork with product owners, stakeholders and the development team with project planning, road maps and capacity planning.Provide leadership and oversight on various projects of a complex natureEnsure data quality and inspect the performance of the team with continuous improvement mindset
