About the Role:As a Senior Delivery Manager in our consulting practice at Nucleo, we are seeking an experienced and agile people leader who will adapt and implement processes in a fast-growing organisation where no two days are ever the same. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record of leading successful consulting projects and managing client relationships. As a key member of our Management team, the Consulting Senior Manager will play a critical role in driving business development, managing project delivery, and managing junior consultants.
Responsibilities: Lead consulting engagements from initiation to completion, ensuring successful project delivery and client satisfaction.Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing strategic guidance and solutions.Manage client expectations, Management of budget, finances and client contracts.Drive business development efforts, including identifying new opportunities, preparing proposals, and securing new client engagements.Manage client accounts providing guidance and support to consultants to ensure high-quality deliverables and timely project completion.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions and drive continuous improvement in service delivery.Mentor and coach junior consultants, helping them develop their consulting skills and grow within the organization.Managing and motivating client engagement teams with diverse skills and backgrounds.Drive high-quality work products within expected timeframes and on budget.Monitor progress, manage risk and ensure key stakeholders are kept informed about progress and expected outcomes.Manage internal Nucleo initiatives, across either customer experience, strategy implementation or value proposition.Stay current on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to provide thought leadership and strategic insights to clients.
Qualifications & Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in a relevant domain, MBA or advanced degree preferred.7+ years of experience in management consulting, with a focus on the utilities industry.Proven track record of successfully leading consulting engagements and managing client relationships.Strong business acumen and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to develop and execute client strategies.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and internal stakeholders.Demonstrated leadership abilities, with experience managing project teams and mentoring junior consultants.Strong data management skills, advanced in excel and SQL.Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.Willingness to travel as needed to client sites.
