Senior Director Of Product Management Key Responsibilities

Spearhead the development and delivery of AI-powered educational products that demonstrably revolutionize student engagement, learning efficacy, and overall satisfaction.

Basic Requirements

Proven track record of delivering innovative, user-centric products with quantifiable impact on key metrics.Technical proficiency to leverage Python and AI-assisted tools for rapid prototyping and problem-solving.Expertise in applying generative AI tools for ideation, prototyping, and workflow optimization.Demonstrated ability to conduct insightful user research and translate findings into actionable product enhancements.Strong data analysis skills, with a history of driving product decisions based on measurable insights.Successful leadership experience guiding development teams to realize product visions while maintaining quality.Exceptional communication skills, capable of providing clear direction and maintaining alignment across diverse stakeholders.

Working with Crossover

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover. The compensation level for this role is $100 USD/hour, which equates to $200,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
