Senior Project Manager

Project ManagerA leading organisation is seeking a Project Manager to oversee ongoing projects and ensure their successful delivery. The role involves developing and maintaining project plans, monitoring progress, and facilitating stakeholder engagement to meet deadlines efficiently.Key Responsibilities:Develop and maintain project plans, tracking critical tasks, dependencies, and requirements throughout the project lifecycle.Establish project management calendars to achieve goals and objectives.Devise and implement project strategies to support successful outcomes.Oversee the development and quality delivery of all project documentation and deliverables.Ensure project deadlines and targets are achieved.Identify and address potential gaps in project delivery related to time, cost, resources, and deliverables, escalating issues as required.Organise, attend, and participate in stakeholder meetings, documenting key actions and decisions.Take responsibility for managing subcontractors, including build plans, progress, quality, and other related activities.Manage day-to-day subcontractor activities, collaborating with internal departments to resolve issues promptly.Review and approve subcontractor acceptance applications.Assess and provide guidance on subcontractor change requests.Work closely with Design, Build, and Acceptance teams to resolve daily operational challenges.Skills and Experience Required:Strong understanding of telecommunication equipment installation, commissioning, and acceptance processes.Ability to drive project targets and resolve conflicts effectively on-site.Experience in managing relationships across all levels, from operational teams to senior stakeholders.Excellent communication and project management skills.Adaptability to changing project requirements and the ability to implement change management processes effectively.Qualifications and Requirements:Minimum of 2 years' experience in a project management role.Degree qualification, preferably in electrical engineering or a related field.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel.Fluency in English is essential.This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic environment where you can contribute to high-impact projects and work with a collaborative team.How to Apply:If you meet the above criteria and are looking for your next challenge, please apply now with your CV.
