We wish to appoint a Senior Scheduler/Planner for our leading client based in Dublin. Reporting to the Planning Manager, they must have strong Client side, Construction and Power Generation and related infrastructure experience.
Responsibilities
Main responsibilities will include:
Developing and maintaining collaborative relationships with the ClientEstablishing project objectives in line with the client and ensure goals & timelines are achievedExecution of projects via an established Quality and Management systemResponsible for development and management of project schedules and project controls toolsIdentification of project milestones, monitor & report on sameLead / Host Interactive Planning WorkshopsCritical Path development & analysisBeing proficient in MS Project and Primavera Scheduling toolsLiaise with project management team with regular schedule performance status reportsProvide valued input to Constructability ReviewsEstablish project schedule resource requirementsDevelop and Communicate tools for the target completion of project goalsProvides performance updates / reports views for identification of variances and corrective action
Qualifications
Experience & Skills:
5 years’ experience in Planning/SchedulingYou will have a third level degree in a relevant discipline, Engineering or ConstructionProficient in the use of Primavera P6 and MS ExcelGood communication & people skillsGood time management skillsSelf-starter and decision maker
