Strategy AVP – Corporate & Investment Banking
Le Meas Executive Search have been exclusively engaged by a high-profile International Bank, focussed in the Corporate and Investment Banking market, to build out a Corporate Strategy Team based in Dublin.

We are seeking to recruit a Senior Manager to join the team and will support the CEO Office in running the business on a day-to-day basis and specifically strategic projects.
This will include the coordination of the Strategy cycle, preparation of Board and ExCo level governance, preparing content for key internal and external engagements, and supporting the CEO in the administration of events.

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in partnering with the business and function heads in Europe to deliver a work product that will meet regulatory expectations and be discussed with and approved by the Board.
Key Responsibilities
Supporting CEO Office projects by leveraging strategic and technical skillset.Playing a key role in project teams, assisting in the design and implementation of strategic solutions across the Bank.Supporting the CEO in the preparation of briefings, organisation of events, and coordinating key priorities across the entity.Maintain effective working relationships in Europe and across the Group to effectively represent the CEO Office.Support the management of complex relationships, including with European management team and other senior stakeholders.Strong problem-solving skills, including the ability to deliver under pressure.Flexible and agile decision-making process to shape strategic direction, responding positively to changing internal and external circumstances.

This is an excellent opportunity for candidates coming from a consulting/strategy background either in a professional services firm or in house within a Corporate Bank.
